My story

In 2015, I discovered the inside story of our body’s most underrated organ… the gut. I had no idea that reading Giula Enders’ book was going to arouse my curiosity and that nutrition would take such a place in my life!

I then began to take a closer interest in food and its effects on our health.

This led me to take several years of courses in a school of naturopathy, until I became a qualified nutritionist.

This training was supplemented by a diploma in micronutrition as well as various continuing education courses.

What I offer

During consultations, we analyze your diet together to find ways to improve it in order to meet your needs.

I offer consultations for adults, adolescents and children (with their parents).

Depending on the situation, I may recommend the use of:

  • food supplements,
  • oligoelements,
  • mycotherapy (extracts of therapeutic mushrooms),
  • aromatherapy (essential oils).

I am recognized by insurance companies approved by the ASCA Foundation for the therapeutic discipline Nutrition – Western Dietary Council (229 MCO).

Check with your insurance to find out the terms and conditions of reimbursement by your complementary insurance.
